Terms and Conditions

Terms applicable to the KAI Analyzer service.

1. Service Provider Identification

KAI Strategy Lab is a trade name. The service is provided by Mauricio Zúñiga Cuéllar, a natural person (Colombia), Tax ID (NIT/RUT) 94.060.281-1.

2. Scope of the Service

KAI Analyzer is a one-shot digital service (single payment) that produces an interactive report to support senior leadership conversations (strategy, trade-offs, and decisions). It is not a subscription or an ongoing engagement.

3. Buyer Requirements

The buyer represents that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that the information provided (including the delivery email) is accurate and under their control.

4. Purchase and Delivery Process

  • The customer selects a plan, makes the payment, and completes the input form.
  • Once payment is confirmed and the form is complete, the analysis is executed.
  • Delivery is made via a link to the interactive report, sent to the registered email address.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated time: ~3 hours from form completion and payment confirmation. In the event of technical delays, the customer will be notified.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Tax treatment (VAT or others) depends on the provider's current tax status and the nature of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

  • The customer retains rights over the information they provide.
  • The provider retains rights over the methodology, structure, design, and components of the system.
  • The report may be used internally. Reselling, sublicensing, or publishing it in full without express authorization is not permitted.

8. Confidentiality

The provider will handle the customer's information with reasonable confidentiality and security measures, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Guarantee and Refunds

The Refund Policy applies, which includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Colombia)

For distance purchases, statutory withdrawal provisions and their exceptions may apply depending on the type of service and its execution. This site additionally offers a 30-day commercial guarantee under the Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

KAI Analyzer delivers analysis and synthesis to support decisions, but does not guarantee business outcomes. The provider's total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount actually paid for the service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities and courts in Colombia.
