Privacy Policy
Personal data processing and privacy.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data
The person responsible for your personal data is Mauricio Zúñiga Cuéllar, a natural person (Colombia), Tax ID (NIT/RUT) 94.060.281-1.
- Email: analyzer@kaistrategylab.com
- Phone: +57 300 704 9302
- Address for notices: Calle 3D # 66 - 47, Cali, Colombia
2. Data We Collect
- Contact data: name, email, company/role (where applicable).
- Service data: form responses, support communications.
- Basic technical data: information required for site security and operation (where applicable).
3. Purposes
- Provide the service and deliver the report.
- Handle support, requests, complaints, and claims.
- Improve the product and processes (aggregated learnings).
- Send informational or commercial communications only if the user authorizes it.
4. Providers and Third Parties
We may use providers that handle data on our behalf to operate the service (for example: payment gateway, email, hosting, analytics). These third parties will process information solely for the purposes described and under reasonable security measures.
Payment does not happen on this site: it is completed at an external gateway, and which one depends on where you buy from. On the Colombia channel, payment is completed at MercadoPago; on the international channel, at dLocal Go, a product of the company dLocal. In both cases you enter your card or payment method details directly at the gateway: they do not pass through this site, we do not see them, and we do not store them. Each gateway processes that data under its own terms and may be located outside Colombia.
5. Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Afterwards, it may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
6. Your Rights (Habeas Data)
You can access, update, correct and delete your personal data, and withdraw any authorization you have given, by writing to analyzer@kaistrategylab.com with your name, your email and your specific request.
Because this is a one-off service and there is no user account, everything is handled by email: you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including your form answers and the delivered report — except for records the law requires us to keep (for example, proof of purchase). If the person who pays and the person who receives the report are not the same, each one can exercise these rights over their own data by writing to the same address.
You can also ask us for proof of the authorization you gave us when you submitted the form, and file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if you believe we have failed to comply with the habeas data law. Write to us first: almost everything gets resolved there, and the law also asks you to exhaust that claim with us before going to the SIC (art. 16 of Law 1581). It is not a condition we impose: it is the step the SIC expects to find already taken.
You can also ask us, at the same address, to tell you what use we have made of your data. Handling these requests — including the copy mentioned above — is free of charge.
7. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is 100% invulnerable; for that reason, we recommend not sharing credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be published on the site with its update date.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 and other Colombian personal data protection regulations.
